GSA Ascuncion (Voluntariado Ybyrekokuaa) has been established in Paraguay under team captain, Alfonso Vera Lopez.
Mr. Alfonso Vera Lopez is the Institutional Communication Coordinator of the Asuncion Autonomous University. He and his Team are planning to flag the Ecoflag in the Asuncion Autonomous University (sports disciplines: swimming, cycling, futsal FIFA, women's football (3 times consecutive Champion in official tournaments), basketball, volleyball, etc), promoting the Ecoplay concept (to enrich nature, save energy and reduce material consumption).
The five initial members are Alfonso Vera, Mario Gini, Nora da Silva, Amilcar Colman and Claudio Pucall, and the team is partnered with the Ascuncion Autonomous University.
